About Us Dirt Shirts offers truly unique products which are hand-dyed using real clay from various regions around the country. Each of our products features a bold graphic design which reflects the culture, history and attitude of the regions represented.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Products section, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Money Orders through our web site. We will hold your order for seven days while your Money Order is being sent to us. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling We offer shipping by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, and International Postal Mail. Your shipping charges are calculated by our web site and are presented to you at a screen prior to order finalization. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product when packed for shipping.

We will normally send your order to you in two to three business days, depending on the availability of the items you've ordered. If a product is not immediately available, we will be able to produce/print your item and send it within two weeks.

Tax Charges For orders that are to be shipped within Texas, state sales tax of 8.25% tax is added. All other orders are tax free.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item(s) purchased from Dirt Shirts,simply return it within 30 days of delivery for either a full refund or credit; excluding shipping fee. Product must be returned in its original condition along with sales/ packing slip. This policy applies only to goods purchased direct from Dirt Shirts. If you purchased one of our products from a retail store, please contact the store management for instructions.

Disclaimer We consider any inconsistencies or variations in color or hue of dirt-dyed products to be a result of our unique dying process and not defects. This effect is simply a result of sediment build up in the fabric. In such a case, the product color will become even and consistent after the first washing as the extra clay is knocked loose from the fabric.
